It was a brilliant day for dads wasnt it? I run an adventure sports group for kids with Downs' Syndrome and we went to Yorkshire for a weekend caving and climbing. We had a great time, and the weather was fine until after lunch Sunday when, just as we were ready to go home to Glasgow, it started to rain. The nice thing is that we include parents and siblings too, so it makes a good chance for the whole family to get fit and have some fun together.

That looks like loads of fun and the children look like they had a good day as well as the Dads.
It's good for families to do things together. Not enough families do that these days. _________________
