I decided to be brave and hang out my washing today.

I'd bought some new slippers last week and I didn't want to get them all muddy and wet so I slipped on my old pair to wear just to get the washing out.

I came to take my washing in again and my old slippers were nowhere to be seen. Hubby had only thrown them into the wheeliebin. (I was hoping that he hadn't put them in the same bag as the cat litter)

I opened the lid and there they were near the bottom. I reached in and a gust of wind blew the lid shut on me.

I got one, and went in again for the other one and almost fell in the damn bin. I don't think I would have been able to get out again if I had fallen in.

It sounds funny now. Those wheeliebins are really deep arn't they.

We get that all the time, what ever you put down in our house gets moved.  I mean slippers utside or in the fridge!, we find fruit in the bed, jewlery in empty cups and cushins and clothing hidden in the dogs bed!!.  At least it makes us tidy .
