What was your life about before you had your children and became a Mum, Dad, carer?
I seem to have always been a Mum as mine are getting on a bit now.
I ran a small cleaning company with a couple of other ladies.
Not very exciting I know but it was growing and we had the contract for the local Tesco store.

Well, many moons ago I was in the building industry ( a joiner!)
However now I'm a carer. Physically I would now be unable to do my old job. I wonder if that is due to being a carer? i.e. the sheer stress of being a carer affecting my health? I wouldnt be surprised.
Obviously getting older plays a part too. How each part affects me is difficult to say.
Still, onwards and upwards eh?

I know what you mean about being a Mum forever. I have an older daughter too whose 34 so if you add being pregnant into that it's almost 35 years.
I'm getting old.
