did you get your child benefit letter in the post. got one this morning just telling you not to panic and what to do or not to do and an apology at the bottom. barbs

Not had one yet but I have heard they are doing the rounds.

It doesn't sound like it gives much advice but I would think to keep a close eye on your bank account for any unusual activity.

It does seem very remote though that anything will come of this, apart from someone's head swinging back at the office that lost the disc's.

Are you worried at all Barbsy?

wel i cant see how any can use your bank details without you pin no anyway. i check my bank stuff every week so would see if i had any problem. hopefully it will all come to nothing and nobody will be affected. it does say in your letter that there shouldnt be problems with actually receiving benefits. hopefully not anyway.
