I am feeling pretty horrid today. I really shouted at Thomas today. OK so he could not see his shoes that were right in front of him but I screamed at him.

I know I shouldn't have done it. I have upset him and now I feel pretty annoyed with myself. We were then running really late so we forgot his gloves and hat so now the teacher thinks I am a useless Mum too. Sitting here writing this I am in tears because I have been so nasty - but it does get so wearing.

I am off to Waitrose soon for a hot choccie with Sarah...........thanks for listening to my trivia everyone

Sorry you're having such a rotten day Speeds, we all get them now and again so don't be too hard on yourself.

I hope you enjoy your choccie out with Sarah and then when Thomas comes home you will feel able to expalin that sometimes Mummy has a bad day like anyone else does and give him a big hug.

Kids give love so unconditionally and I'm sure he will understand in his own way.

Love and hugs to you ((())) xx

I'm really sorry to hear you are having a bad day

I'm sure school wont think bad of you at all.

We've all been there, it can be hard to deal with.

Hopefully you will feel better after some time out with some hot chocolate and a chance to catch your breath.

Being a carer is hard, very hard.

Take care, we are all here for you.

{{{hugs}}}

Thanks all - coffee (I actually do not like the Waitrose Hot C but Sarah does) and an Egg and Cress sarnie plus some gassing therapy and collecting my man from school has made me feel fine again - plus of course all your kind comments.

Thomas is in bed - he was not feeling too well but I think he is just tired with a capital T
