Thank you Barbsy from me and Rabid on our first anniversary.

After 17 years we decided to get married and did it secretly as the kids never wanted us to marry. Too much change and all that.

When we did tell them they were all very happy for us especially as nothing had changed in the month that we kept it secret.

Thanks guys, it does sound very romantic doesn't it.

Unfortunately although we are all very happy the extended family are not and no longer speak to us. Things were iffy already but us getting married without telling them has put the icing on the cake.

We are past caring though and as long as we are happy and the kids are happy that's all that matters to us. xx
