My son is going to meet the mayor in 10 days time to thank him for the school trip out back in the summer.
He's very excited. Last time he met a mayor he was in the local paper and he was lolled over the mayor's knee. He was only 4 though and looked so cute.
We have also been invited and we can take photos so watch this space after 17th.

Fantastic.
We are so lucky here coz our MP is a completely brilliant person. If everyone was like him We would not need a government.
Our Mayor comes aroudnthe schools quite often too which is fab.
I hope you have a super time and take loads of photies for us all to see. _________________ Karen, Dominic, Thomas, Zola and Belle

It's at the town hall, so even more exciting.
I wonder if he will offer us tea and biscuits.
It makes such a difference when people in authority have feelings too instead of just being stuffed shirts.
Will keep you informed. |
