The Autism Education Trust (AET) believes that all children and young people with autism should receive an education which enables them to reach their individual potential to engage in society as active citizens (and that individuals, families and professionals are informed, supported and equipped to enable this to be achieved).
AET Roadshow in London
The Autism Education Trust is holding an information event in Central London on Saturday 19th April 2008 for young people with autism, their parents / carers and professionals involved in the education of children and young people with autism.
The event will encourage more direct involvement in the work of the Trust, we will update you on its work to date and tell you about its future plans. The ‘roadshow’ will also be an opportunity for you to ‘have your say’ on the development of the trust and the formation of the AET Advisory Council.
Date: Saturday 19th April 2008
Time: 11am – 4pm (refreshments and lunch provided)
Venue: Coin Street Neighbourhood Centre, 108 Stamford Street, London, SE1 9NH
Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. Children and young people are welcome.

The more help the better as many people with Autism have great potential but there's not always the help there to enable them to acheive their full potential.
