Heathrow's new terminal 5 is in turmoil by all accounts. -
Nothing new there then.!! 3 yrs ago we flew from manchester to Heathrow- changed terminals to fly out to Seattle. Our luggage stayed in the terminal we landed at!! Result - one ruined cruise round Alaska and the land stay in Vancouver afterwards - nothing changes!! Pam
