Firstly a very hapy birthday to you Pam and you have the same birth date as our son Martin who is 39 today. So I hope you both have a lovely day and the weather seems to be looking good for you.

Speeds join the club with the sore foot but I hope it is not too bad but try not to be running around on it too much. Also get some cream on that sunburn before it causes damage to your skin. Have a good day.

Pixie he has given me bigger inserts for my shoes and told me not to wear sandals, although Crocs are OK if I am on a beach or similar. He wants me to wear trainers or shoes that are holding the foot properly. Other than trying not to walk on it too much there is not much else they can do for now. He says I can swim but not walk much. Thanks for asking.

Hope both Jan and Speeds are are in less pain with their feet, an old saying was pain in the feet shows on the face and how true.

Hope you are having am good birthday Pam and that Sam enjoyed the cinema, a bit of rain here and an odd flash of lightning last night but not as much as forecast,

Feel rather weary today, a neighbour was taken ill in the night and hubby had to go and take care his rather beligerant dog in order for the ambulance staff to enter his property, he is one of the few people it tolerates, not fun at 4.45 am, an early night I think,

Hello All

Belated Happy Birthday Pam - hope you had a good day.

I had a busy day yesterday - out at 7.45 to hospt with Thomas for orthoptics and then dietician. Back to school and then off to my friends for a 3 hour teleconf for work, straight home, collect rugby stuff, collect Thomas from school, watch rugby, home at 5pm, tea for Thomas, stain a sheet for our banner, cook tea for Dominic eat, watched a recorded Cold Case and then bed.

Hmm - today will be just as hectic.

Off to Sarah's to speak with PWSA about organising a conference, paint banner, nurse in for Dom at 4, Dom off to governors at 5, cook tea (oh and in there is the Thomas to and from school etc).

Hope you all have a lovely days - desptie the heavy showers.

Hi All,

You all sound to be very busy today and so try to take a moment for yourselves in the busy schedule. Me time is important as well for everyone to wind down a little.

Heel was a little better in a different pair of shoes today but this insert the physio gave me is not easy to wear!!!!!

Had endless phone calls to Liverpool passport office and British Consulate in Jeddah trying to get our passports sorted. What a nightmare. Hoping now that we can pick them up on Saturday in Liverpool or at the latest on Monday. Oh I hope so.

Have a good day all and dodge the rain if you can.

The suns out today too so make the most of the nicer weather as the weekend is not supposed to be as nice.
