Have an unplifting day everyone and enjoy the good weather.

Don't be so sure Jan - I was speaking to a lady today who informed me her husband had heard the dreaded 'S' word is on it's way??? Seems it was on the farming weather forcast. Anyway it won't stay if it does come - not at this time of year surly? (will it???) Pam

It's much too nice to be indoors today.
I see that Daniel's condition has improved Jan, I'm made up that he's on the mend now and hope he has a full recovery very soon.
I hope you all enjoy the lovely sunshine today.

Hello all, coffee's done
Had lunch already but have a rumbly tum
Trying to be good and not to snack
But somehow I don't have the knack
Enjoy the sun
Its lovely today
But I'm afraid I've heard
It is going away
Hope everyone's Thursday is good and fine
Happy and content, just like mine

Hi All,
Thanks Pixie for the good wishes and I will ask our Vicky tomorrow when we go out for a coffee how he really is now. Two days ago he was still poorly and was still on oxygen and not walking but they had sat him out at the side of the bed for an hour. Then Vicky sent a text last night to say the he had improved quite a lot yesterday. So any progress is good news. Thanks for everyones thoughts and prayers.
Beautiful day today here in Southport and a lovely sea breeze as well. Long may it last.
Know what you mean about the snacking Speeds. I find that the evening is my worst time and I should put a lock on the fridge and cupboards that will not open after 6.30pm and then I would stop picking.
Enjoy your day all.
Jan

Nice to hear Daniel is slowly improving Jan.
Lovely day here.
We have a very special wedding this weekend, it is very much on a budget but the lady in question was dying last year of kidney failure and about this time underwent a transplant, the real important thing is that she now has a future.
I hope the weather stays fine for her.
Annie

Great to hear Daniel is improving. It will be small steps but the fact that he is out of bed is fantastic

Hello All
No poem today I am afraid. Have an appiontment at Drs at 9.40 am as I have found another little lump in my boob and I have been getting more and more pain over the last few days. Today my whole left arm is numb. I had an op last year and a small pimple and a duct was removed. Not sure if this year I have not got a discharge as there is no where for it to come out
Sorry - bit graphic for the morning but sharing does help.
Will tell you the outcome later although I am pretty sure I will be referred to specialist. Will not do NHS route this time though - although service is very good they did nto listen and I had heaps of tests over 6 months that I did not need and in the end it was and I was operated for the exact thing I told them it was. That was after 3 consultants and several U/S and mamograms etc.

Speeds,
good luck with your doctors appointment, had similar problems a bout 18 months ago but it sounds as if our local N.H.S Tust is much more on the ball than yours, at least as far as the breast clinic is concerned, I will be thinking of you today,
Cloudy here but warm

Good luck with the appointment Speeds, I'll be thinking of you. xx
I had a lump removed many years ago now. Thankfully it was just a cyst but such a worry at the time.
Dull but warm here today but hoping to see some sun later.
