It's a lovely day out there. The washings on and the grass all mowed.

I hope it's a good day for everyone else too.

Hello everyone
On this fine sunny morn
Well done Pixie
To have mown the lawn.

I've been to agility
Just Zola and me
Now I'm having brekkie
And my cup of tea

I think I'm teaching recorders
This afternoon
Got to be there for 1/2 past 2
Not a moment too soon

Hi All,

I am impressed with your poems Speeds.

We went to Llandudno on Monday and it was a lovely day and all the Victorian costumes looked very nice. Don't think I would have liked to be the laundry lady though in those days with all the intricate lace blouses and long dresses.

Today (Tuesday) I have had our Emily who is 5 and she has a chest infection. She had it last week and our Michelle took her to the Doctors and the Doc said that it would heal without antibiotics. Well it did get a bit better by weekend but yesterday she was as bad again and today she was not well enough to go to school. Poor thing she looks so weary. I have been reading stories all day and feel worn out from all the talking!!!!!!

Have a nice evening all.

Jan

I remember being on holiday in about 1985 at Llandudno. One day we went out along the pier only to find a sign saying "Blackpool Pier" and lots of people in late Victorian/Edwardian costume. Apparently the Beeb were filming for a period drama. Never did see it, but got some interesting photos!

Good luck at the Gym Pam, I'm glad your enjoying it.

It's beautiful here again today too. It's lovely to get the washing out and dry, smelling fresh and looking clean.

I hope everyone has a lovely day.

Likewise will get some washing done today and I may just risk putting my fleece jumpers away now and making room in the wardrobe for some lighter t shirts. Surely it will not be cold enough now for thick sweaters to be worn.

Have an unplifting day everyone and enjoy the good weather.
