OK, starting at home lets see if we can travel the world.
The last letter of your departure place becomes the first letter of your destination.
I'll start with an example or two.
Get the train to London (so the destination must begin with n)
Ferry to Nantes
Drive to Seville
Fly to East Berlin
next destination must begin with N.....
.
