ProsopagnosiaMy son still has this but he manages it much better now.
At one time he didn't even recognise us, his parents, when we re-entered the room.
I used to think I was a bad Mum because he always screamed at me so it was such a relief to know this was really the problem.
He only saw a stranger trying to pick him up and cuddle him and not his Mum or Dad.
He now manages this with voice recognition, clothing, hair style etc.

hi pixie, i have heard something about this before,its quite amazing, it must be so difficult living with this though but so reassuring in a way once you knew exactly what it was your son was suffering from.
