E numbershope i have done this right , i find this website brill for when i am unsure whether i can give something to my little one, and the good thing is if there is something that isn't listed, you can let them know and it gets checked then added to the listwww.actiononadditives.com |

Thank goodness for the internet and links like this. You used to have to get a booklet from, somewhere or other, but it was more or less out of date before you used it so this link is very useful. |
