Its a total package worth £520m over 3 years so its a drop in the ocean really. ian ps we been on a DP here for nearly 4 years, only needed to apply on behalf of the disabled person here in Scotland, never needed a Carers assessment. |

Well we have always been able to get Direct Payments - just do not qualify  and 
I think it may be just the elderly bit that has been added? Oh well we will wait and see. |
