Benefit scroungers worriedWell thats what the popular press are always calling benefit claimants, seems that those who get Child Benefit (an unbelievable 25 Million!) are set to get their bank and personal details stolen....http://news.bbc.co.uk/go/rss/-/1/hi/uk_politics/7104840.stm Personally I think its a scare tactic by government to frighten off the fraudsters, they wouldn't want their details distributed to all and sundry would they? ian |

Seems some other stuff went walkies from Cop Lane in Preston as well. Whats that? Well its assorted gov offices, HMRC DWP etc but one of the functions is the store of stuff from the DLA office in Blackpool just down the road. Palatine House is also nearby and they deal with CA apps. A bit worrying when all our details could be sitting in some criminals CD drive!
