Our son has been learning to swim at school (they use the pool at the local hospital)
He has always hated it and resisted putting his face near the water as he is petrified of putting his head under.

Well, today he surprised everyone and put his head underwater!

The staff where surprised as they didnt think he would. We were surprised as we didnt think he would - but he did

His teacher was so happy she game him a swimming achievement certificate and he was the class star of the day

An awesome achievemnt, well done!

I'm a dad

But yes, we are very very proud of him and I think he is very proud of himself, as he should be.

Many thanks everyone.
