UK Disability Resource of Disabled Needs

Today I called the dietician back. I had not heard from them since last week so I thought I would just give a friendly call. Number called, got through to receptionist and she put me straight through

Louise who has seen Thomas for 5 years now and I had such a lovely chat. She wanted to know what I wanted, how I wanted it written and what I needed to have in order to get Thomas the correct school dinners. So nice not to have a rushed conversation and to have one with someone who had time for me - regardless of whether she did or not.

She is going to email me this week with her letter so that I can make sure it is what I wanted before she does it and sends a hard copy by post.

So a non-complaint for once.................Thank you Louise

isnt it nice when they actually listen what you want.
